We Before Me Leadership
Faculty that Speak from the Heart
One of the things that you will quickly notice is that each of our thought leaders has a radically different background, point of view and discipline of excellence. Their commonality lies in their deep belief that love and results are two sides of the same coin, that results are driven by the willingness of the team to let go of all of their personal and professional history to become exactly what their team needs them to be at this moment to ensure the outcome desired. That transformation is only made possible by unselfish love for the team, project, company and customer. It is through this passion that all things become possible.
